My Big Mac smash burger tacos. I have made these 3 times in 2 weeks.
For the Big Mac Tacos:
- 1 lb of 90/10 ground beef
- The Blend by Kinders
- 4 small flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for cooking
- 8 slices of American cheese / American cheddar
Ingredients:
- For the Big Mac Sauce
- 3 Tbs miracle whip
- 3 Tbs ketchup
- 1 Tbs sugar
- Sweet relish to taste
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs mustard
For serving:
- 1 iceberg lettuce leaf finely sliced
- Dill pickles slices
Direction:
I made balls out of the hamburger before I started and seasoned the outside of it with Kinders. Heated up the blackstone and placed them season side down and smashed them really thin. Then place tortilla shell on top of the patty it will be little pink still. Flip over once it is crispy brown and brown the tortilla shell. Place on your cheese to melt. Pull off the blackstone and assemble your Big Mac taco.
