- 3Ā teaspoonsĀ baking powder
- 1Ā teaspoonĀ salt
- 1Ā tablespoonĀ granulated sugar
- 1 1/4Ā cupĀ milk
- 1Ā egg
- 3Ā tablespoonsĀ melted butterĀ unsalted
- 2-3Ā tablespoonsĀ vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then mix in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.

The key to cooking pancakes perfectly on the Blackstone Griddle is to preheat your griddle on medium heat. Then once the griddle is hot, add some vegetable oil on top. Once the oil is hot, add your pancake batter to the griddle.
