I love Chick-fil-a – Anyone else? Chick-fil-A Chaffle Sandwich & Chick-fil-A Sauce (keto/low carb) Chaffle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Organic Canned Chicken Breast (5 ounces)
  • 2 T Dill Pickle Juice (don’t skip this)
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 T Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 T Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg

Extra ingredient needed:

  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Extra Cheese for the waffle iron

Optional ingredients:

pickles for toppings

American cheese Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 T Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Lakanto powdered

Sweetner:

  • 1/4 C Mayo of choice
  • 2 T G Hughs BBQ Sauce Mix

all ingredients together until well combined

Chaffle Directions:

  • Beat egg and set aside.
  • Drain liquid from the canned chicken.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Sprinkle a little cheese on the waffle iron.
  • Let it set for a few seconds before adding chicken mixture.
  • Then add a little more cheese before closing waffle iron.
  • Cook each Chaffle for 5 minutes (Don’t open the waffle iron before the time is up or you will have a mess) Remove and let cool on a cooling rack for super crispy Chaffles.
  • Assemble:
  • Chaffle, America cheese sauce, pickles and top with another Chaffle!

ENJOY!!!! Makes 4 Chaffles
