Crispy Tortilla Pizzas Roll Ups

Blackstone Crispy Tortilla Pizzas are so easy to make on the Blackstone griddle, a thin crust pizza topped with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni

PREPRATION TIME:

  •  Prep Time:  10 minutes
  •  Cook Time:  5 minutes
  • Servings:      2 pizzas
  • Calories:       550 kcal

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 2 large burrito size tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • garlic powder, Italian seasoning
  • 15 to 20 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone gridle to medium/ medium low heat. Add the oil, spread evenly and place the tortillas on the griddle. Flip the tortillas so the oil coats both sides.

  2. Cook on one side for a minute or two, then flip and add the pizza sauce, spread evenly. Sprinkle the cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning over top and then add the pepperoni.

    Note: If the tortilla bubbles in the middle just press it flat gently with spatula.

  3. Let this cook another 2 to 3 minutes and remove once the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisped to your liking.

    4.  Give the cheese about 2 minutes to cool, then gently roll them up and serve.
