Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Wash and pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut the chicken into small, even-sized pieces.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Mix well so all pieces are coated.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

  • Place a pan on medium heat.
  • Add olive oil or butter and let it melt and heat up.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  • Add the chicken pieces to the hot pan.
  • Spread them out in one layer.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.

Step 4: Add Garlic and Lemon

  • Add the minced garlic to the pan.
  • Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and stir well.
  • Let it cook for 1–2 minutes so the flavors mix.

Step 5: Finish and Serve

  • Turn off the heat.
  • Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
