Strawberry Shortcake Chaffles
Strawberry shortcake chaffles are what chaffle dessert dreams are made of! These delicious low carb strawberry chaffles are just the thing to cure your sweet tooth and taste just like the real thing!

- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Sweetener sugar alternative or preferred sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Powder
- 1 Egg room temp
- 1 oz Cream Cheese room temp
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1Â Strawberry
- 2 tbsp Whip Cream

Gather all the ingredients. Note – For quick room temperature eggs, submerge egg in warm water for 3-5 min. For quick room temperature cream cheese, take the amount needed and microwave for 10-15 sec.

Prepare Strawberry Powder if needed.

In a small mixing bowl, add Coconut Flour, sweetener, Baking Powder, Strawberry Powder and mix.

Next, add egg, cream cheese, Vanilla Extract and mix with a whisk until well combined.

Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for 2.5 – 3 minutes until browned to liking. Repeat until all the batter is used.

Once the chaffles are done, apply whipping cream to one of the chaffles, followed by slices of the strawberries and finishing by sandwiching the other chaffle on top. Enjoy with your favorite sugar-free syrup or just as is!
