Blackstone Grilled Kielbasa, Tortellini, & Spinach CasseroleĀ is full of flavor and so easy to make as it combines Kielbasa, tortellini, and delicious vegetables into a one of a kind pasta dish that you prepare 100 percent outside on the grill. This easy dinner recipe will make your taste buds dance!
Ingredients:
- 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 (14 oz) packages Polska Kielbasa, Sliced Thinish
- 8 oz Container Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 oz Bag Fresh Spinach
- Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced In Half, Optional
- Fresh Mozzarella, Optional
Instructions:

- Take tortellini out of the freezer.
- Slice kielbasa, if you would like it a little crispy, slice it on the thinner side.
- Clean and slice your mushrooms.
- Preheat your Blackstone to medium heat.
- Put your kielbasa on the Blackstone first.
- Then put your tortellini on the grill.Ā It will be partially defrosted and that is fine.
- Moisten with some EVOO.
- After cooking a few minutes, add your mushrooms on. Give them a little spritz with some EVOO.
- Start combining all of the ingredients as they cook.
- Add in spinach.
- You can add some halved cherry tomatoes.
- I added some fresh mozzarella balls right at the end.
- Remove from heat when your kielbasa and tortellini are starting to brown.
