Blueberry Overnight Weetabix
Ingredients:
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- ½ cup milk (any kind you like)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Extra blueberries and yogurt for topping (optional)
Instructions:
- Break the Weetabix:
In a bowl or container, break up the Weetabix biscuits into small pieces. - Add milk:
Pour the milk over the crushed Weetabix and press down lightly with a spoon to help it soak. - Mix yogurt and sweetener:
In another bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). - Layer it up:
Spread the yogurt mix on top of the soaked Weetabix. Then sprinkle the blueberries over the yogurt layer. - Chill overnight:
Cover the bowl or container and place it in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours). - Serve:
In the morning, top with extra yogurt and blueberries if you like. Enjoy straight from the fridge!

- You can use any fruit like strawberries, raspberries, or banana instead of blueberries.
- Add a spoon of chia seeds or nut butter for extra nutrition.
