Blueberry Overnight Weetabix

Ingredients:

  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • ½ cup milk (any kind you like)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Extra blueberries and yogurt for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Break the Weetabix:
    In a bowl or container, break up the Weetabix biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Add milk:
    Pour the milk over the crushed Weetabix and press down lightly with a spoon to help it soak.
  3. Mix yogurt and sweetener:
    In another bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup).
  4. Layer it up:
    Spread the yogurt mix on top of the soaked Weetabix. Then sprinkle the blueberries over the yogurt layer.
  5. Chill overnight:
    Cover the bowl or container and place it in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  6. Serve:
    In the morning, top with extra yogurt and blueberries if you like. Enjoy straight from the fridge!

Tips & Tricks:

  • You can use any fruit like strawberries, raspberries, or banana instead of blueberries.
  • Add a spoon of chia seeds or nut butter for extra nutrition.

  2. Pour milk over and press down.

  4. Add yogurt on top of Weetabix.
  5. Sprinkle blueberries over it.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Top with more yogurt/berries if you want. Eat cold.

Tips & Tricks:
Try with different fruits or mix in chia seeds for extra texture.
