Tips & Tricks
- Try different pasta shapes like penne, farfalle, or rotini — just make sure they’re not too thick or broken.
- Use freshly grated cheese for better texture.
- Add your favorite herbs or spices before air frying for more flavor.
- These chips go great with a creamy dip like chipotle sauce or Chick-fil-A copycat sauce.
Notes
- Cook pasta al dente (firm, not soft), as it continues to cook in the air fryer.
- Make sure the pasta pieces are similar in size so they cook evenly.
- Don’t use broken pasta or crumbs, as they may overcook or burn.
- If the pasta topping is too wet or creamy (like a rarebit-style mix), you may need to adjust the cook time.
