Ingredients:

  • 3.8 oz Cream Cheese (110g)
  • 3/4 cup Monk Fruit Powder (or about 1/2 cup of raw honey)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Into your mixer, toss the cream cheese and sweetener. Blend them until you get a creamy texture. This forms the foundation of our crustless keto cheesecake, so make sure it’s velvety.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the vanilla extract and sea salt into the mixture. Mix it well
  • As you blend everything together, add eggs gradually – this ensures that our carnivore cheesecake remains soft and fluffy. Line an 8×8 square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour in the prepared mixture. Bake at 320F (~160C) for about 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool, then refrigerate overnight. This is crucial for achieving that perfect carnivore cheesecake consistency.
